We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, with all original packaging and tags intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To start a return, please use our contact form. If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to return the item. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately through the contact form with clear photo evidence so we can resolve the issue.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item received is damaged or incorrect. In such cases, once verified, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on the following:
– Sale or discounted items
– Gift cards
– Returns based on change of mind once the order has been placed

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange a product is to return the original item and, once accepted, place a new order for the preferred item.
Order Cancellations
We process orders quickly to ensure fast dispatch, so cancellations are not possible once an order is placed. Please double-check your order before confirming your purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. This usually happens within 24 hours of inspection, though your bank may take 2–5 business days to post the refund. Please note that return shipping costs are not refunded.
